Rocket Start Trading: Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By submitting the onboarding form, joining our community, or using our indicators, you agree to these Terms and to our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use our products. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. What we provide

Depending on your plan, you may receive access to our Skool community, trading indicators for NinjaTrader and/or TradingView, live sessions, educational content, and coaching. Plans and features are described on our sales page and may change over time. VIP one-on-one coaching begins only after the trial ends and the first VIP payment succeeds.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our indicators for your own trading while your membership is active. All intellectual property remains ours.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, sell, rent, lend, or give access to your license, the files, or your login to anyone else.

• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the indicators or any of our content.

• Record or republish live sessions, lessons, or community content without written permission.

• Use our products for unlawful purposes.

5. Licensing and your email

Indicator access is tied to the NinjaTrader login email you provide on the onboarding form. You are responsible for entering it correctly. If you need to change it, contact Rocketstarttrading@gmail.com. We may need up to 1 business day to update it. We are not responsible for access problems caused by a mistyped email.

6. Free trial

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. You select Basic, Advanced, or VIP before starting your trial. Your trial begins on the date you join. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan automatically becomes a monthly paid subscription at the price shown at sign-up. If the first payment fails, your membership and indicator access are suspended or canceled.

7. Billing and cancellation

Memberships are billed monthly at the price shown when you join. Billing is handled by Skool and its payment processor. Successful subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time in your Skool settings. Paid members who cancel retain membership and indicator access until the end of their current paid billing period. Your license expires when your paid period ends.

8. Refunds

No full or partial refunds are offered, except where required by applicable law. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate removal of access.

9. Access ending

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, share your license, abuse staff or members, fail to pay, or damage the community. No full or partial refunds are offered, except where required by applicable law. If your first payment fails, your membership and indicator access are suspended or canceled. Access also ends automatically when your membership ends. Paid members who cancel retain access until the end of their current paid billing period.

10. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features or indicators. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Platform changes by NinjaTrader, TradingView, or Skool may affect how our products work.

11. No warranties

Our products and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 1 month before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Privacy and communication

We collect the information you provide (name, emails, trading background, and answers to onboarding questions) to deliver your products and support you. We use it for account setup, license management, and customer communication. We do not sell your personal data. Privacy Policy. You can contact us to request changes or deletion, subject to legal and record-keeping needs.

14. Acceptance records

When you check the agreement box on the onboarding form, we record the date, time, form submission ID, and the version of these Terms you accepted.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify members by email or in the community. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and disputes will be resolved in Texas, except where your local law requires otherwise.
