Rocket Start Trading: Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Geck Tech LLC operates Rocket Start Trading. For privacy questions, contact rocketstarttrading@gmail.com

2. What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, Skool email, NinjaTrader login email, trading experience, prop-firm status, biggest struggle, and your answers to onboarding questions.

• Consent records: the date and time you accepted our Terms and Risk Disclosure, your form submission ID, the version you accepted, and your email-consent choice.

• Account and license data: your plan, trial and payment dates, and license status.

• Communications: messages you send us and our replies.

We do not collect your trading account passwords, broker logins, or API keys, and we ask you never to send them. Payment card details are handled by Skool and its payment processor, and we do not receive full card numbers.

3. How we use it

• To create your account, issue and manage your indicator license, and send setup instructions.

• To provide support, coaching, and community access.

• To send service messages about billing, trials, and changes.

• To send marketing emails, only if you consented, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

• To improve our content based on trading level and struggles you tell us about.

• To keep records of your agreement and prevent misuse, such as license sharing.

4. Why we are allowed to use it

Where laws require a legal basis, we rely on: performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in running and securing the business, and legal obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Skool: community and billing.

• Tally: onboarding form.

• NinjaTrader: your login email, to create your indicator license.

• gohighlevel: sending messages.

• Zapier, n8n: processing and storing your records.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your records while your membership is active and for up to 1 year afterward for billing, legal, and dispute purposes. We then delete or anonymize them. We keep consent records for as long as needed to prove what you agreed to.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or limit certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We will not penalize you for using these rights.

To make a request, email rocketstarttrading@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by law.

8. Emails

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. We may still send essential service messages, such as billing notices and license information.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as access controls and trusted providers, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

We are based in United States/Texas. Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.

11. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Cookies and analytics

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this page.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and tell members by email if the changes are significant.
